User Experience: Air-source Heat Pumps

Data Collection: The evaluation team surveyed individuals with experience in installation, operation, and/or maintenance of air source heat pumps (ASHP).

Sample Size: 20

Scoring: These scores describe user experience with air source heat pumps in general, not differentiating among specific products. A 5-point rating (1-5) for each subscale was calculated as the mean of responses to all questions in the subscale--all asked with a 5-point response scale [Strongly disagree (1) to Strongly agree (5)]. Negatively framed questions were reverse-scored. Higher scores mean better user experience.
