3M Prestige 70
The 3M Prestige 70 is a spectrally selective solar control film. With high visible transmittance and light/heat ratio, this film gives the window a clear appearance, while its spectrally selective properties reduce solar heat gains without compromising daylight transmission and views.
Hub Highlights:
Minimal impact on views due to high visible light transmission
Spectral selectivity provides a high (greater than 1) light/heat ratio
Rejects more than 45% of solar heat

Installation Procedure
Same as for standard film, with the following additional considerations: - Sealing of film edges may be recommended for applications on non-vertical glazing, or less than 10 miles from the sea - Installation may not be recommended during precipitation (rain, snow) or when exterior air temperature is expected to drop below freezing in the following 15 days
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Procedures
Window film should be washed with cleaning agent for windows or mixture of soap and water and wiped using a soft cloth or clean synthetic sponge. No bristle brushes, abrasive cleaning materials, or ammonia-based products are recommended. Paper towels may produce microscopic scratches that damage the film over time.
